At Willaston Auto Customs, we allocate time, staff, and workspace specifically for your booking. While we do not require deposits, cancellation fees apply to help cover lost booking time.

Rescheduling

• Your first reschedule is free of charge, provided we are notified.
  
• Any further reschedules may be treated as a cancellation.
  

Cancellations

• More than 7 days’ notice: $25 cancellation fee
  
• Within 7 days of your booking: $75 cancellation fee
  
• Within 24 hours of your booking or failure to attend (no-show): Full booking fee applies
  

Cancellation fees are charged to cover preparation time and lost availability. We appreciate as much notice as possible — if something unexpected comes up, please contact us and we’ll always aim to be reasonable.
